I had such  a wonderful time at Gasworksstuck today! There were so many people there and so many new people I hadn’t met before. Everyone brought great food, and great costumes, and great themselves.

It was the first wastuck event I had organized myself, and I was really happy with the turnout. I got a lot of good pics out of it, of me and others that I hope to post in sets. If tumblr will let me.

Special thanks to Eppy, who did the grilling and cooking today. And to he and Spencer for making the epic trip to the store to get Charcoal so wecouldgrill.

One of the best parts about today was there was a festival going on at Gasworks, that I was completely unaware of. But! BUT! The festival was the HonkFest! Couldn’t have been better! There were a lot of amazing musicians there in lots of neat costumes.

So we went to Gasworks, and apparently there was a thing there called “HonkFest.” I guess it’s a gathering of off-the-norm bands that go there and show off or something. I admit, I wasn’t terribly clear on this, but I got a picture of one of the performers that was also a Homestuck fan:

This is actually the only picture I got, because I spent most of the time grilling. I told her that she had to flash that badge so I could post it on Tumblr, though. xD
